Turnover Bonus Business Groups

Business Groups are used to determine the way of posting bonus provisions. Here you will specify the provision accounts, and the settlement account. You can also choose to reverse provisions when settling a bonus, or an option without reversing provisions. Turnover Bonus Business Group will be assigned to the Turnover Bonus Card that defines the terms of trading with the contractor.

The meaning of each option:

• Code - the unique code of the group
• Description - explaining the group's use
• Provision G/L Account No. - profit and loss account for posting bonus provision
• Accrued Provision G/L Account No. - balance sheet account for posting bonus provision
• Turnover Bonus Settlement Account Type - type of account used when settling bonuses (G/L Account, Resource, Item)
• Turnover Bonus Settlement Account No. - account number used when settling bonuses
• Reverse Provision - option specifying whether the provision is to be reversed along with the bonus settlement posting
