Overview

Create Turnover Bonus Card and set the terms of business cooperation with the contractor. You can create a Bonus Card for a customer or vendor, depending on whether you want to handle bonuses on sales or purchases. Additionally, you can indicate whether the Bonus Card will collect data from posted Invoices and Credit Memos for Sell-to/Buy-from, Bill-to/Pay-to or for both. For sales, you can also select the Customer Discount Group as an option. You also have the ability to create a generic Bonus Card with the All Customers/Vendors option.

Important

The bonus is calculated and settled in the Bonus Currency (BCY), which can be set independently of the invoice currency.

Progressive threshold means that a higher turnover bonus rate is applied starting from crossing the next threshold, and the bonus amount increases progressively between thresholds. Maximum threshold means applying a higher bonus rate for the entire turnover from the beginning, once the next threshold is exceeded. If the threshold is exceeded, bonus provision adjustments are posted for previous periods that have not yet been settled.
