Change status

Once you have set up and verified the terms of your business dealings with the contractor, you can change the status of the Bonus Card to Active. Only active Bonus Cards are subject to processing when posting sales and purchases

Important

When the bonus card is released, the system will check whether there are posted documents eligible to be included under the bonus card during the bonus period (Starting Date..Ending Date). If such documents are found, bonus entries under the bonus card will be created. From that point on, changing the status to Open, as well as changing the Bonus Card settings, will not be possible.
