Managing existing APPower subscriptions

On the APPower Subscriptions page, you can manage your app subscriptions from the APPower suite.

Subscription details

On the subscription card you can check the status of your subscription, as well as its start and end dates.

You can also view your registered company and contact information and update them.

Using the Copy data from Company Information action, get the current company data into the subscription card. And with the Update Billing Data action, you will send the updated company and contact data to our API, so we will update the data in our subscription register.

Subscription ID

On the subscription card you can also check your Subscription ID that should be used for subscription activation or renewal requests. When you click on Subscription ID, you will get the full indetifier, which you can copy to the clipboard and provide in the submission.

Subscription status

Using Force Refresh Subscription Status, retrieve up-to-date data from our subscription register. E.g., when you renew your subcription for the next billing period, you can force update the subscription status in your BC without having to wait for the system to check out our API on its own.

Support ticket

With Support email action you can send a ticket to our support, directly from your BC. The content of the ticket will include the details identifying your subscription, allowing us to provide faster support.

App details

On the App Card, you can check the app version and the selected Plan, as well as the features that have been activated under the plan. You will also find useful links about the app.

Request log

Events related to the registration or refreshing of subscription data are recorded in the Request log.

You can track the request and response, which can be helpful in troubleshooting subscription issues. With the Error email action, you can send a ticket directly from your BC to our help desk. The ticket will be correlated to a specific event recorded in the log.

Detailed support ticket

The content of the ticket will include details identifying the subscription, as well as attachments with Request.json and Response.json which will allow us to provide faster support.

Log entry cleaning

You can periodically clean your log to keep your list clean and organized.
